The location worked really well for getting around. JR Kumatori Station is close by, and its rapid trains reach Tennoji in about half an hour. I stayed in October 2025 and found the staff friendly; check-in was smooth thanks to the front desk speaking fluent English. Breakfast had lots to choose from, including rice, eggs, milk, coffee, curry and breads. The free on-site hot spring was great, and it was often empty.

There are plenty of little restaurants nearby, and the hotel is close to the train station. Breakfast was okay. The room was really small, though clean and with a bed, and I liked being able to pick from a variety of beauty products to treat myself. Most rooms are smoking rooms, so we were first given one, but we were able to switch to a non-smoking room.

There’s a Yakiniku and a Cafe about 300 yards away, with an excellent breakfast selection, and a kid's playground the same distance away for the little ones. The hotel itself is about a 5-minute walk from the train station. Our room was nice and clean, with amenities most 5-star hotels don’t have. There’s on-site parking, plus a paid parking spot next to the hotel. Breakfast and Wi-Fi are complimentary.

The onsen was lovely, and they have free drinks there too. The room was quiet and comfortable, and the staff were friendly. It’s near the airport. Highly recommend!
