I’d put it at about 3.5 stars if that were an option. The location, kitchen, bathroom, and heated floors were the best parts, and it was a good deal for the area. The main problem was temperature control. There was no fan or AC, so I was told the only way to cool the room was to open a window. With it open, noise from the powder room next door carried in. Around 2 a.m. each night the club let out a loud, rowdy crowd that kept both guests awake for about an hour. The bed was pretty firm too. Not necessarily a bad thing, but maybe not ideal after skiing if you want a great night’s sleep. A common issue in Japan. I would’ve had a much better stay if I could control the room temperature.

Read the terms and conditions carefully. During the COVID-19 situation in 2019, I had a terrible experience and lost a lot of money. The apartment itself is fantastic and extremely well equipped, with wonderful views. It’s a lovely spot for a relaxing romantic break in the snow, and my go-to place to stay in Niseko. 😊 😊

We loved the heated floors, soaking tub, and kitchenette after days skiing. The hotel is in a great spot, just a few steps from a shuttle stop. Excellent stay, highly recommend.

Luke was a champ, and the whole Ski Japan team were amazing. They were always ready to help and made us feel welcome, which made the holiday so easy. Apple TV was a great surprise too! 🙌 I’d recommend this apartment and ski japan to everyone.

The modern design and amenities were great, and the value for money was excellent. It’s a bit farther from the slopes, and there’s no full-time front desk since these are serviced apartments. Check-in staff were friendly, and the free transfer to and from Kutchan station was handy.
