The apartment was beautiful and spotless, with loads of room for the kids. The floor heating made it cosy in the cold, and the bathrooms were spacious too. Dennis had been checking in with me about our early arrival a few days beforehand. When we got there, he came to the car park and helped bring our luggage up, which was much appreciated. Daisuke was great to deal with as well, answering questions and taking requests through a group chat. He even drove us to the ski meet-up when the kids were having trouble with their gear, picked us up after skiing, and later took us back to return the gear. Having a convenience store right downstairs made it easy to get supplies without going out into the cold. %Arabica coffee is right by the entrance, handy for a cup before the day began. We had a wonderful stay at Hirafu 188, and are grateful to Dennis and Daisuke for all their help. We'd happily recommend the place and stay again.

We had another lovely stay. The apartment was immaculate, the staff were amazing, and the location is perfect. Hard to beat.

We walked almost everywhere, since the modern building is conveniently placed for most of Hirafu. When we couldn't walk, the hotel team gave us excellent care and a lift in the shuttle. Mike, Daisuke and Luke were wonderful hosts to me and my son, and gave us great tips on hot springs, ski spots and restaurants. The layout and room worked well for us, and we'd absolutely stay again. There's also a convenience store on the ground floor and excellent ski storage. One small downside, the hallway can get noisy when people return late.

The only drawback for us was the price, but I thought it was worth it. We were two families with young kids, and Kyoko and her team took good care of us, including restaurant suggestions and reminders to reserve early. The apartment came with free use of their van, which was a big help with luggage. You're right in the middle of everything, within walking distance of grand hirafu, with a convenience store just downstairs. We'd love to return someday.

The location was super convenient, close to the ski lift and lots of restaurants, with a convenience store downstairs. There was a ski room where we could leave our gear for the rental company to collect. Kyoko was easy to reach whenever we needed a driver to or from nearby ski areas, and she'd already sent useful trip information weeks before we arrived. Our three-bedroom apartment was spacious and clean, and we had a great two-night stay. We'd definitely come back to Hirafu188. Thanks for a great visit 😊
