The location at Niseko Kyo is superb for skiing, with ski-in, ski-out access and the lifts right behind the hotel. The front desk, ski valet, and car valet teams were excellent, and the shuttles were fast and efficient. Service was great, and our room was spacious. The indoor parking, included breakfast, and in-room onsen tick all the boxes. My only small gripe is having the same breakfast selection every day. It'd be nice to see it vary and to have an egg station. I stayed here in February 2026.

We spent three nights at the Kyo and loved the location. The two-bedroom apartment was beautiful for me and my two friends, and the in-room onsen was amazing. The ski valet was epic, and the staff were so kind and helpful. Curtis was always there to help us out. Dinner at masonry, in the hotel, was delicious, and it had the best bread I've ever had. 10/10, would recommend for Niseko.

We stayed at Niseko Kyo at the start of January for a ski trip and had a great experience. The room and location made a great setup for Hirafu, and everyone on staff was incredibly accommodating during a busy time of the season. Gracie was our main contact whenever we needed anything. She helped with food recommendations and suggestions for places to check out around the resort, and was the best. We'll definitely stay at Niseko Kyo again.

The concierge and service team at Niseko Kyo made our stay easy. They arranged transport and activities, shared thoughtful recommendations, and were quick to help whenever we needed anything. Their attention to detail really lifted the experience, and we felt well cared for throughout. Our family and friends had a wonderful time. The property is beautiful and comfortable, and its location made a great base for our Niseko trip. We made fantastic memories together and would happily return. Highly recommend it for a premium stay with great hospitality.

We had an amazing family stay at Kyo Niseko. Our two-bedroom apartment was spectacular and incredibly comfortable for us and our two kids. It had a private onsen, plus a huge kitchen and dining room. The staff were friendly, helpful, and super polite, and were always offering to drive us anywhere in town. Highly recommend it for a family trip.
