I’ve visited this villa in both winter and summer with my employer and the kids, and we’ve had a lot of fun. It’s luxurious, and I feel lucky to have stayed somewhere this expensive. The one downside is that it’s a bit far from shops, but the villa provides a luxury car, so you can get around wherever you need. Highly recommended.

I wasn’t impressed and won’t return to Panorama Niseko next year. For the complimentary breakfast and lunch, there was little choice: the Japanese set had a small fried fish, while the western one had scrambled eggs. We had booked Panorama Niseko six months ahead for 26 Feb to 4 March 2023, paying ¥1,816,000++for 6 nights. When I went to relax in the in-house Onsen, there were no towels there, so I took down the towel provided on each person’s bed. Around then, a staff member came to our Villa ( Villa F). My daughter asked for extra towels and was told they would cost extra. I was dumbfounded. For a place calling itself luxury, charging for extra towels felt unreasonable. Any hotels gives you extra towels without being charged extra. Also, a stone panel under the kitchen table came loose and nearly landed on my granddaughter’s foot. It weighed at least 5 KG.

The view is nice, and the villa has good facilities, including a full kitchen and indoor and outdoor onsen. The staff were helpful and pleasant. It’s a very nice ski resort and convenient, though it isn’t ski-in ski-out.

The location between Kutchan and Hirafu is great. I was really lucky to spend a few days here with friends. It’s luxurious and stylish, and the staff were amazing.
