The breakfast was very good and changed a little each day. I liked that there were always vegetables too, like pumpkin, spinach, mushrooms, and side salad. The view from the hotel window was lovely, and the shared bath, separated by gender, was such a nice way to warm up in its steamy room after a snowy day. I stayed seven days and had it to myself every time I used it. We loved staying here during winter. The lift was only about a five-minute walk away. My only change would be the pillows, which felt a bit flat. Thanks for a great stay!

The owner and her son ran the place and were super friendly and helpful, and breakfast tasted great with a different selection each day. It was a bit of a walk to the gondolas, though not too bad. You can also cut out a lot of the walk by going through a parking lot and skiing down to the family lift, as another comment mentioned. This is a cute little family-owned spot. Prices were high, as expected in Niseko, though it was on the cheaper end of the options and we enjoyed our stay. The room was simple but clean, with a place to hang wet gear and a powerful radiator that kept us warm. The shared bath is traditional Japanese style and might take some getting used to, but soaking there after skiing was especially relaxing. We had no issues with the shared facilities, and everything was kept flawlessly clean.

I slept soundly through all four nights, with no noise outside. The rooms are heated by kerosene furnaces, and the smell was pretty strong, though I got used to it. Breakfast was good and the service was good too. The lifts are close, and the staff were friendly and helpful. It was a lovely, authentic experience, if not super luxurious. I’d stay here again if I came back to Niseko.
