The house was clean and good, with great convenience from its location 800m from central hirafu. For directions, the GPS from our car rental company had trouble finding it, so Google Maps is probably best. There were five rooms, including one bedroom on the ground floor, which worked perfectly for my elderly grandparent. The central heater was downstairs and made loud noises all day. Two gas tanks were right beside that bedroom's window. I smelled gas several times a night while sleeping next to them, which was pretty worrying, and their noise disturbed me as a light sleeper. After two sleepless nights, I bought ear plugs. Apart from that, I have no other feedback. The house was perfect for my large family.

There are toilets on every floor, and the room itself was okay, but I was disappointed there wasn't a bathtub. With no air conditioning and large windows that can't be opened, summer is tough. The location was also an issue for families with children, since the BBQ area is small and doesn't give them room to play freely.

The facilities and the size were excellent.
