If Google allowed zero stars, that’s what I’d give. Calling this a hotel badly misrepresents the place. It’s an apartment building with codes and doors, a free washer, and no staff around. There’s no room service, they don’t make the beds, and even when we asked for another pillow, we didn’t get one. This isn’t luxurious. Please stop calling it a hotel.

The rooms looked great at first, modern and clean, but that didn’t last. Despite being advertised as a hotel, it’s just an apartment building with no room service. That’s completely misleading.

I’d give this place minus one star if I could. It took three hours to find it, and the room service was supposedly top tier.

Good location, clean modern room, and highly recommend it.

The inside and outside were very clean and gave a good first impression. Check-in, though, was a real hassle. The steps I tried didn’t match the instructions in the email, and I spent 15 minutes getting nowhere. I called, they said they’d take care of the rest, and then let me in. The voice on the phone was also hard to hear. It’s a shame, because without that one problem I’d rate the hotel very highly.
