The location was good, the staff attentive, and the hotel very clean. But there were several problems. The walls are thin, so it can get noisy, and the toilet makes a lot of noise when flushed. It seems to be the same in every room. Our tub backed up during a shower on the first night, and the water rose about a foot. There may be a drain issue. Housekeeping only comes every three days, so wet towels can leave a damp smell in the room. I’d avoid doing laundry here. There are only two machines for the whole hotel, the area gets busy, and the washer-dryer didn’t dry our clothes properly. We needed two more drying cycles.

I’m writing to warn future guests about the “Hands-Free” luggage delivery service offered or recommended by this hotel. We trusted its partner, K-RISE Suitcase Delivery, with our bags, and they completely broke my suitcase. The compensation they offered was insultingly low and wouldn’t even cover a basic replacement at Don Quijote. I had to pay for a new one myself to continue the trip. The hotel has other good points, but recommending a third-party service that damages a guest’s belongings and won’t offer fair compensation is unacceptable. If you stay here, don’t rely on their QR codes or flyers for suitcase delivery. Use an official, reliable option like Yamato Transport (Black Cat) instead. I strongly urge management to stop working with K-RISE immediately. They’re ruining guests’ trips and harming the hotel’s reputation. Thanks 🙏🏻

All five rooms we booked smelled strongly of urine or sewage. When I asked the receptionist to check, she didn’t even go inside and visibly reacted with disgust. She apologized, but said nothing could be done because all the rooms were like that. The bathrooms and floors were sticky and dirty, and the cleanliness was unacceptable. Housekeeping seems to happen only every three days, even for taking out the trash. The beds and blankets were too short, leaving our feet uncovered all night. Cold drafts came through the poorly insulated windows and blew straight onto the beds. About half our group got sick. There wasn’t even a small bottle of water when we arrived. Very disappointing. I wish I could give zero stars, and wouldn’t recommend staying here.

The beds were wide and extremely comfortable, with a firm mattress that was great for my back. It was quiet at night, and the price felt excellent for the quality. The room was small, but we could open two large suitcases fully at the same time. I’d recommend this place for comfort and value. After checkout, we could leave our luggage there, and they had a scale to weigh the bags. Entry is by code, so we didn’t need keys or cards. Free amenities included slippers, toothbrushes, and toothpaste. A few things could be better: the room is cleaned only once every three nights, the refrigerator door opens against a wall and is awkward to use, and the TV doesn’t have apps like YouTube or Netflix. There’s no restroom in the lobby either.
