It’s about a kilometer to Sumizo and Tanbabashi stations, so you can pick whichever railway suits your plans. Fushimi Station is right next door, with a big supermarket across the way that has KFC, a drugstore, and a cake and dessert shop, plus a general store and large post office. The amenities are decent. The city center is a little far, though Fushimi Inari Shrine is quite close.

The service was friendly, the location reasonable, and internet access was available. The bathroom didn't have a bidet.
