Guest House Kyo Fushimi

I’d assumed this would be a standard guesthouse with a front desk, based on another place I’d stayed, since I couldn’t find much information beforehand. It turned out to be a detached, two-story 1DK house. You get a code for the key box, take the key, and come and go freely. It’s a pretty laid-back setup. There are three beds, plus two futon sets in the closet, so five adults can stay. There’s no parking on site, so you’ll need a paid lot nearby. I found one about 500m away, across from Ryukoku University, for 400 yen per 24 hours. The walk to the entrance of the Fushimi Inari Taisha shrine approach is about 500m.
