The ground-floor apartment was roomy enough for all eight of us, with more than enough beds. The kitchen was fully supplied with utensils, a fridge, and a microwave. It's around 400 m from Kyoto Station and very close to Yodobashi Camera, where you can pick up groceries or shop at places like Uniqlo and GU. I even got new glasses at Jins. Thanks for the hospitality. A washing machine would be a useful addition in the future.

The host was very available, and checking in was easy without needing to meet them. We spent four nights here during Golden Week and found the place very clean. Taking out the garbage was simple too. The apartment had three rooms and two WC, comfortable for a group of five or six. Families with little children should watch out for fragile items, including some windows made of Washi paper. The location is convenient, just a four-minute walk from Kyoto main train station. The price is high, but reasonable given the good points. Thank you for the experience!

Families and groups can relax here, with room for up to 9 people. It's south of Higashi Honganji Temple and close to Kyoto Station, so getting around is easy❗
