Generally, it was comfortable to stay here, but winter could be quite cold since there’s only one air-conditioning unit in the living hall.

Renting the whole townhouse makes this a great deal. The neighbors were quiet, so I slept peacefully, though the in-room Wi-Fi wasn’t very fast. It can get cold in winter, as other reviews mention, so keeping the heating on is probably wise. The subway station is about a 10-minute walk away, which should be fine on a sunny day. It is a little far, so you’ll mostly need the bus or a taxi. There are two bicycles available for rent too, handy for getting around town. A public bath is about 40 meters away and apparently offers discounts, though I didn’t try it.

It’s a novel experience staying in a Japanese house that mixes traditional and modern styles. The surroundings are great, though the lighting is a bit dim.
