The location in the business district worked well, with plenty of restaurants and shops within an easy walk. Our family of four had connecting rooms, which suited us perfectly. The modern Western-style rooms were comfortable, and those were easily the best beds we had on the whole trip. After sightseeing, we enjoyed the onsen and the free massage chairs. Breakfast was a highlight, along with free food and drinks throughout the day, including three hours of alcohol from 5pm. It was nice to have a few glasses of wine before going out to dinner or after a day exploring. I’d gladly stay again.

We had trouble finding an available washing machine because the laundry was busy, but a laundromat a few blocks away was quicker in the end. The rooms were spacious, and breakfast was a good buffet. There are lots of restaurants tucked into nearby lanes, and the evening happy hour with self-pour wine and snacks was a nice pause before heading out for dinner.

The friendly, helpful staff made our stay even better, and the price felt like good value. We had two connecting rooms, both very nice, with really comfortable beds. Breakfast had plenty of variety, and happy hour was a welcome surprise.

We spent four nights here. It’s in a handy spot near restaurants and Shijo station. The rooms felt airy and were clean, and the front desk was friendly and efficient, with self check-in available. There were free drinks throughout the day, laundry facilities, and complimentary bathroom items.

Lots of restaurants, coffee shops, and shopping are an easy walk away, and the hotel is very close to the station, which made getting around Kyoto convenient. Hotel Integrate also has a lounge with drinks and snacks at different times during the day. The staff were great and very helpful, and we had a very pleasant stay.
