Hotel Muso

A friend suggested Hotel Muso, and we’re so glad we took their advice. Ryo and Ryota were especially helpful and gave us great food recommendations. The location was good, the rooms were clean and spacious, and the staff were so kind. One of the best hotels we’ve stayed at in Japan, definitely a place to stay!

We arrived late, but the check-in directions were clear and easy to follow. The staff and manager replied almost immediately, and the room was bigger than most we’ve stayed in Japan. The amenities felt new, and the beds were comfortable. The friendliest, most attentive staff we’ve encountered anywhere made this a stay I’d highly recommend. The location is excellent, within selling distance of a station and many attractions and restaurants.

The staff were attentive and even used our names before we’d introduced ourselves. They took time to point out good local restaurants and areas to avoid. Our room was incredibly spacious, with thoughtful touches. It’s on a quiet street, but cafes, restaurants and shops are within a 5-minute walk, and Nishiki market is 10 minutes away. That’s a must. Would highly recommend.

Hotel Muso had a minimalist, elegant feel, and the amenities and comfort fit it well. Ryota-san deserves a special mention for going above and beyond to make everything smooth and enjoyable. The service was outstanding and personal, with friendly, attentive staff always ready to help. I couldn’t have asked for a better stay, highly recommend!
