Hotel Saint Martin – Adults Only

The room was dirty, with marks on the carpet or whatever the flooring is, holes in the sofa, a strange bathroom smell, black mold, and a nauseating cheap tobacco smell everywhere. The furniture was old and shabby, and the hotel was severely overpriced. I don't even know where to begin. Read the reviews, people are telling the truth. The reviews are hidden on Booking for a reason. The staff were not helpful at all. When we asked the guy at reception for an iron or steamer, he just hung up. They didn't seem willing to help with anything. There was none of the usual service we found at other love hotels, like normal hot water. It was either scalding or icy. Don't expect normal service. Avoid it even if your life depends on it.

The receptionist helped me several times and was kind, but the room itself was awful. The windows were dusty and dirty, and the cigarette smell was so strong that I kept coughing. The internet was bad, and the water dispenser had no water. I stayed here a few years ago while traveling with a friend. I also left my game console charger behind. I contacted them right away, but they said they didn't have it, so I had to give up. It was expensive, and I still feel bitter about it. I think someone from the cleaning staff or hotel may have taken it.
