Hotel Wacha Wacha - Adults Only

Don’t come here. The staff are nice, but I hate everything else about this place.

Spotless, and everything you might need is here or close by. The hotel is amazing, and the staff are fabulous, especially Ramon and Anton, who go out of their way for everyone. Love it.

The room was as spacious as it looked in the photo, the bed was big, the bathroom was large, and the facilities were basically fine. There was karaoke too. My only issue was the old TV remote, which was a bit hard to use. It’s generally okay for couples. This area is quite remote. You can’t get here by train, only by bus, so having your own vehicle works out fine. A taxi from here to arashiyama costs about 4 sen and takes 30 minutes.

The way the prices are shown is confusing, and I was charged nearly double, like the sort of rip-off you hear about in Osaka. I never want to use this hotel again. They called to tell me about the extension charge after about an hour had passed, but they could have called before the extra charge started. There were hairs left in the room and bathroom. For this level of hotel, the price was... Even though the outside looks nice, this was the worst hotel of this type I’ve ever used. I guess I learned what a rip-off can look like.
