Near the station and bus stop, with some spots and the market within walking distance. The room was very clean, and I liked that they don't use deodorizer to cover up smells. Just one small thing that would be nice to have: a clothes hook in the bathroom. I'll definitely book with them again.

Having a washing machine with a drying function made the stay more convenient. The room was really nice and relaxing, and I loved how quiet it was. I could see a shrine from the window, which was a lovely touch. Great location with everything close by. A comb would have been useful, but overall I had a great stay.

My sister and I were so happy to find this place. We could walk almost everywhere easily and only used public transportation to get to two places we especially wanted to visit. It's in a fabulous location and is clean. Halfway through our trip, we could do laundry in the washing machine. The tub stays heated, so it's kind of like having a private onsen. There's also a humidifier, kettle, and mini fridge, though we didn't need the fridge or stove. Highly recommend it.

There was everything we needed in the clean room. The location was perfect, within walking distance of Kyoto's main attractions and surrounded by good restaurants. There's a bus stop nearby too.
