The owners were easy to reach and communicate with by email. My wife especially liked how clean the rooms and washroom were. We visited in winter, and the house had heaters and air conditioners throughout. The rooms were very spacious, thanks to the upgrade, and Kyoto station was within walking distance. A great place to stay.

We never received the check-in information and had to cancel at 11pm. Edit: Their reply is wrong. The last message they sent me was on 21/6, and our booking was for 27/6. I don’t know why they say they sent a message at 12:06pm. They didn’t.

A very good location near Kyoto station and a convenience store. The place has two floors, with two bedrooms, a common area, one bathroom, and one separate toilet room.
