We had a fantastic stay in Kyoto. The rooms were much more spacious than we expected by Japanese standards, and everything was incredibly clean. Staff were friendly and always willing to help. There are plenty of great restaurants a short walk away, and the location was fantastic. Highly recommend staying here!

The room was huge, with great facilities: a large bathroom with a luxury bath, washing machine, big TV, and sofa. The soft, luxurious bedding was superb. It’s well placed for the castle and palace, near the metro for downtown and buses to sites outside town. Restaurants, convenience stores, and even a great beer hall are close by. The area is quiet, the staff are lovely and friendly. Highly recommend.

In a quiet part of Kyoto, the hotel is an easy walk from a subway station, a beautiful supermarket, and convenience stores. The staff are very friendly, greet you with a smile, and do their best to help with your needs. Rooms are spacious, and having a washing machine plus the ability to dry clothes in the bathroom was a bonus. The hot tub, also called a spa bath, was another great feature. Good value for the money, and I’ll definitely stay here again if I return to Kyoto.

LOVE LOVE LOVE this place. The deluxe double room was so roomy we could spread out and feel at home. Bathrooms are spotless, and having the bath and toilet separate is the best. There’s a washing machine too. The lobby looks and smells immaculate. Great views, a banging location, super quiet, and the service is so cool and kind. Our favourite hotel in Japan.
