Breakfast was good and really generous, and the staff were lovely, super friendly people. The guesthouse was clean, though our room felt narrow and the futons weren’t comfortable enough. Wi-Fi was limited and poor quality. It’s a 40-minute walk to the centre, with several bus lines available, but the subway is farther away.

The internet was fast, and the guesthouse was neat, with clean, tidy rooms. The shared showers and toilets were also very clean. The downside is how thin the walls and doors are. Noise in the morning was often an issue.

Room 101 was the one I stayed in, a long, narrow Japanese-style room of about 8 tatami mats with just a futon and TV. It has a unit bath, while towels and toothbrushes cost extra. The facilities are sparkling clean. This is a good fit if you want a private room at a low price. The hotel opened in summer 2016.
