Patrick is great, and his Japanese house is just right if you want a real Japanese place to stay. The location is super, and I think this is the best place to stay in Kyoto. Gion is also the best place to see real Geisha.

Patrick, the owner, was extremely kind and helpful. The apartment was cozy, clean, and had everything we needed, in a quiet, charming spot just steps from Gion. A truly lovely experience, thank you.
