I was only there for one night, but I liked this cute place. It even had a bathtub and a yukata, if I'm calling that right.

The reservations team provided excellent service. The traditional home was beautiful, and it had everything we needed.

Winter made the poor quality of the yukatas especially noticeable. The website called them kimono, but what was provided was different, and I was freezing during my stay. That also made me question the way the property was advertised. The listing said the phone was available 24 hours, yet by the afternoon of the next day nobody had even noticed. There was no washing machine in the West Wing, a difference from the East Wing that matters when you look at the photos. Sharp nails protruded from the floor, and sticky glue was left in the bathroom sink. The floor finish was dangerously bad, the sort of job even an amateur DIYer would avoid. Reusing cloth slippers felt unclean and unacceptable at this price. The cleaning was sloppy too, with plenty of dust left behind, which made me uncomfortable. The service and amenities didn't match the price, so I can't recommend this property. The owner should consider inspecting the place in person.
