Kyoto Toka Inn was such a cozy, comfortable place to stay. The whole villa was incredibly clean, and the staff went out of their way to get me what I needed. They even lent me a bike for free. The fast, reliable WiFi was great for working online, and the upstairs living room was an ideal workspace. I also loved the massage chair, the large shower, and all the extra toiletries and homey touches. Highly recommend Kyoto Toka Inn! Toji Station is a 7-minute walk away, Kyoto Station is 20 minutes on foot, and the beautiful To-ji Gojunto (5-story pagoda and temple) is just 5 minutes away.

I missed the last train after an after-party and ended up staying here. It was good value, and the room was spacious, so I’d recommend it for family trips as well. Toji Temple, a World Heritage Site, is only a five-minute walk away, which is very convenient.
