The hidden passages and little playful notes made the Ninja Villa memorable and delighted the kids. We spent four nights there as a family, and it was easy to relax after sightseeing. The home has lots of character and amenities, and it was very comfortable.

Kyoto Villa Ninja gives you a real Kyoto homestay feel, with a fun twist. Secret doors and stairways add to the experience, and the beds are comfortable. The interior decor is stunning, making it a peaceful, relaxing place to stay.

I had a really bad experience trying to change my booking. The host told me to cancel, saying he'd make a new reservation. Once I canceled, he stopped responding and wouldn't let me stay on different dates or give me any refund, not even part of the payment.

We loved the house, and figuring out how to get upstairs on your own was really fun. The owner is a very nice guy who really reminded me of a ninja. It's a 10 minute walk from NIJO JR station.

A really cool Japanese house with a very friendly host. You rent the whole place, which seems like it could fit up to 8. It was a nice experience.
