The beds have plenty of room, which is especially welcome for bigger travelers. There’s a pantry, lots of showers, and the place is stocked with more than enough of the things you need while traveling.

The staff were kind and really committed to helping. The facilities and accommodation were great too. Best hostel I've stayed at in Japan so far.

I’d definitely recommend this place. Best hostel ever!
10/10
There isn’t much English spoken here, but the staff are so friendly and helpful that it’s fine. The hostel is also well placed for exploring Kyoto, and the shared living area is clean and pleasant.

I really liked being able to arrive at any hour, even when no staff were around, and check in the next day. The place itself is beautiful, welcoming, clean, and a good size. The staff are incredibly attentive and helpful.
