We stayed with my husband, mom, and sister, and it worked really well for our family trip to Kyoto. The house feels traditional, has plenty of room, and is very quiet. It's also close to the station, even though the neighborhood itself is peaceful. The upstairs bathroom was a bit small, but the photos had already made that clear. The instruction manual inside, available in different languages, was SUPER helpful. I'd recommend this place for a small family visiting Kyoto.

I was double-booked, and the way the situation was dealt with was unacceptable. After looking forward to this trip for so long, I’m really disappointed.
