Mibu Dodan-Momiji - Vacation STAY 33956v

Clean, and that's about it...

Friendly staff and a clean place.

Having a washing machine with detergent and a microwave in the room made things much easier with our child. We also brought our cat, and there weren't little gaps for cats to squeeze into. The space beneath the bed was sealed, so it felt safe for cat owners. Hotels that take dogs are common, but finding one that accepts cats is hard, so this place is a lifesaver. When our house needed typhoon repairs two years ago, we worried about where we could stay with our cat. Now we know we can come back here, which is a relief. It's not a typical travel stay for us, but we're very grateful. Thank you.

The cat loved the tower, litter box, and scratching post they provided, and the large bathroom was comfortable. Granrem Saiin is a beautiful new building with good security, and it was quiet. I also felt secure because there's an extra door before the hallway door, so I didn't have to worry about the cat getting out. It's close to Saiin Station, with an old-fashioned wood-fired public bath, standing bar, live music venue, cafe with delicious breakfasts, supermarket, and tofu shop nearby. Convenient and fun. They even lent us umbrellas on a rainy day, which helped a lot. Saiin has a different feel from the tourist spots and city center, and I recommend staying there. Thank you.
