The location made it easy to explore, with markets and shopping streets within a kilometer and other main sights around two kilometers away. We found the two-bedroom apartment comfortable for our family of four, with a roomy layout and a tatami area in the middle that both the kids and adults used to relax. Staff were cheerful, helpful, and quick to respond. We also liked the complimentary drink in the foyer each evening and the drip coffee left in the room at check-in. The windows don't offer outside views because of the rice-paper inner shutters, but that worked fine from indoors, especially since there wasn't much to see outside. We'd happily stay here again.

The staff were friendly, helpful, and spoke good English, so we'd recommend this place to families or really anyone. We stayed five nights with our two kids, ages seven and three. The apartment had two bedrooms, each with two single beds and an en-suite bathroom with a bath. It was spacious, centrally located, and close to the station and amenities. There was an open-plan lounge with a kitchenette, fridge, and cooktop, plus a small dining table. The TV area had four armchairs, and there was a cute tatami space too.

We really enjoyed staying here and would highly recommend it for families with children. Our room was spacious and clean, and the area around the hotel was quiet. They had free-flow drinks, including orange juice and lemon tea, as well as beer and sake for adults. The staff were very friendly.

We'd love to come back. Our suite was quiet but only a five-minute walk from the subway, with a 24-hour 7-11 and a grocery store nearby. It suited four adults and a toddler well, and having a washer and dryer in the room was a big bonus. From check-in, the staff were welcoming. Their restaurant suggestions were great, and I really appreciated their help booking places. The two-bedroom suite felt like an oasis as soon as we arrived.
