My parents spent nearly ten days at this guesthouse, and the service was awful. They emptied the trash just once and replaced the towels only once, after we asked. For that price, a better-equipped star-rated hotel seems like a much better choice. I also want Chinese-speaking travelers to know that two taxi drivers couldn’t find the place. I’m not sure if the location is unusual or if Google Maps has the address wrong, but please keep that in mind.

Getting around was easy, with subway and JR stations only a few minutes away and tourist spots readily accessible. The hotel is in the city center, with Japanese-style rooms, and seems like an affordable choice for a family trip.

The price is reasonable, and I found the staff really friendly. My room was quiet and clean too.
