The bus stops are only a two-minute walk away. It was tricky to locate the place at first, but once I arrived, I was pleasantly surprised by how much was available: a shower and toilet, vanity, washing machine, and a kitchen with utensils for cooking. The reception staff were excellent and spoke good English.

The rooms are a decent size and practical, and the security and facilities are great. The location is less convenient, about 20 minutes from the train station and roughly 30-40 minutes from most tourist spots.

From the balcony there are lovely views over Kyoto. The room itself is simple and very clean, with a bathroom that has a separate bath and shower. Laundry facilities are in the room too.

The host was so polite and helpful, and the room was both spacious and clean. It was great value for the money. I'd happily stay here again.

The bathroom is nice, and there's a small kitchen plus a washing machine with English instructions. Finding the place was difficult at first, though the staff were polite. The walls are a little thin.
