The owners are lovely and made it easy to find the place and feel welcome once we arrived. The apartment has free parking right out front, very comfortable beds, good appliances, and a small kitchen with what you need for a stay. It's a beautiful spot in a quiet, interesting area, with temples and nice walks nearby. Shame I didn't take photos, but the official ones show what it looks like.

The roads around the place are narrow, and since I was driving I worried about meeting other cars. Public transport might be the easier way to get there. I was glad to find a booking during autumn foliage season, since the location is so convenient for sightseeing around Ohara. The room was clean and spacious, and having the whole building to ourselves let us really relax.
