I had a really cozy stay. Kunna was so kind and went out of his way to help everyone feel at home.

The room was spacious, clean, and well cared for, and you can tell a lot of love goes into the place. The beautiful Indian cultural decorations and the owner's warm, kind smile made the stay feel especially welcoming. I'd recommend it if you're looking for a welcoming, authentic place to stay.

It felt more like staying in someone's lovely home than a hotel, and the owners were extremely friendly. They made masala tea for guests every morning. I stayed here last year before Golden week. The price was good compared with anywhere else in Kyoto, and it's not far from lots of great places to visit.

Really welcoming hospitality. The room was clean and hygienic, and the food was good.

The rooms are (very) small, but they work well for backpackers on a tight budget. The guest house is close to Kyoto subway station, with bus lines across the city just five minutes away. The staff were really friendly and shared helpful tips for our Kyoto vacation.
