It's in a regular residential neighborhood, and renting the whole building made it quiet. The building itself is a little old, but the renovated interior is quite clean. The cost could work out cheap or expensive depending on how you use the place. Given how many facilities like this Kyoto has now, I think the price is reasonable for a group of 4-5. It's convenient for visiting the Nintendo Museum, which opens on October 2, 2024. I also heard they offer all-day parking, so I reserved a stay for November.
