I was nervous about trying a capsule hotel for the first time, but the building had a lively, peaceful feel as soon as I walked in. The pods were roomy and quite luxurious, and the showers, bathrooms, and locker rooms were all high quality. The Prime Pod air conditioning was just right for a summer visit. Staff were exceptional and spoke very good English. I’d absolutely stay here again, the facilities and service were 10/10.

The bathroom was amazing, and the lounge was decent too. You can order pizza from the restaurant downstairs. The place was fairly clean and pretty spacious, and it feels like a luxurious hostel for a low price. But cleaning runs from 10 AM to 4 PM, so sleeping in isn’t really possible. I’m also taking off a star because the ladder to the upper pod was poorly designed, slippery, and dangerous. If you’re chubby, be careful. Those cleaning hours and the ladder made the stay annoying.

The lounge is large and comfortable for eating or having a drink, and there are many foreign guests. The hotel opened in 2017 and is clean, with convenient transport since it’s in the city center. Each capsule-style private room has a safe, but large luggage has to stay in the shared areas. The floors are divided by gender, which feels safe. I’d like to stay here again.

The place had a really nice atmosphere, and my room was cozy and comfortable. Everything was tidy and clean, and the facilities felt very advanced. Even the shampoo was branded, so it seems they put a lot of their budget into the amenities. Staff were friendly and helpful, spoke good English, and there were free pajamas too.

The pod is small, as you’d expect, but comfortable if you’re used to Western-style beds, especially for Japan. It’s very private, includes the hygiene supplies you need, and there’s free breakfast. The safe in the pod is tiny, maybe 15 cm square and 5 cm deep, so it won’t hold much. Check-in was easy, and staff know enough English to help. I loved the place and look forward to trying more pod hotels.
