A pleasant stay, with a full Japanese-style overnight experience: bath, futon, and breakfast.
The rooms were gorgeous, the location was nice, and the staff were very friendly. I’d definitely stay again!
The hotel was clean, the staff were friendly, and the owner was very nice.
I thought the meals at the inn were plentiful and delicious. The inn was relatively clean when I went on a school trip, though a few sliding doors and closets were broken. My room, Room 201, had a state-of-the-art TV with apps such as YouTube and Netflix, so it seemed well equipped. The bath wasn’t very big and didn’t feel like somewhere to linger. The hair dryers there were very weak, so I’d use the ones in the room.
I had a comfortable stay at this business inn, and it felt like just what I wanted. I chose the optional Japanese-style room without meals. It wasn’t too large, and having a toilet and separate bath in the room made it comfortable. The inn is right next to Nishi Honganji Temple and a short walk from Kyoto Station. There’s a bus stop nearby, but train access isn’t good. The building isn’t new, but the underground bath was nice and clean, and the place felt very tidy. Thank you for your hospitality!
