Chibikoro House

There are only two cabins, and the accommodations are good quality, though it seems fewer people book them in winter. In the snowy season, the price is much lower than nearby places, and the clean rooms have kitchens and cooking utensils. The fenced dog-walking area turns into a snow play area for children, and the owner thoughtfully provides snow tongs, toys, and local specialties.

The rooms are laid out neatly, but it's a small cottage. The barbecue grill is the cheap kind you can pick up at a local hardware store, and I think they should get a better one. It's a shame when the lit charcoal falls onto the ground.

We chose to go despite our hesitation about the pandemic because we had the whole lodge to ourselves. It sits a little off the main road, so it was quiet and peaceful, and knowing the owners lived nearby put us at ease. It was snowing during our family stay, but we'll definitely come back in another season.

My family and I stayed here before summer vacation and were surprised by how well equipped the place was. We only needed to bring food and drinks. The kids and dogs both had a great time, and we were very satisfied. Thank you so much.
