It’s somewhat hard to get to, and the concept is adults-only.

I first stayed here and ran into several problems, so I left a harsh one-star review. The hotel replied that they were working on improvements. Since then I’ve stayed many times, and every issue I raised has been addressed, so I’ve rewritten my review. The facilities are present and working, unlike at many love hotels. Even with the low price, the rooms are well maintained and the service is excellent. I’d recommend it if you’re okay with encountering other guests and with there being no elevator. When I book a random room, I often get room 301, which has a washer/dryer that I like.

It’s an older hotel, but totally adequate for a stay, and the price is great! 😆💦 Members can get good deals on food and drinks, which makes it even better. It’s near downtown Matsusaka, so you can enjoy some yakiniku and then stop by for inexpensive drinks.😉

The front desk staff were very kind and helpful, and the amenities were comprehensive. The room had the feel of a luxury hotel double, but the wallpaper was peeling and it was noticeably dirty, probably because cleaning had been neglected.

I was really pleased with the service, which was much better than I expected. When I picked the random-room plan, I kept getting a VIP room, so I’d recommend it, though that isn’t guaranteed. They treated me very well. ☆ From Mana
