We stayed in early March and loved it. The house was lovely, our room was spacious, and the onsen was good. At night the sky was full of stars. Dinner and breakfast came as generous multi-course meals, with a nice balance and beautiful presentation. We enjoyed every course, though we were too full to finish. Thanks for hosting us.

The food was a highlight, with tasty Western-style breakfast and dinner made from local ingredients. Angelica Lodge itself was spotless, and our room had a microbubble bathtub. There are also two family onsen rooms. Though the grounds are small, you get lovely views over the farmland and surrounding mountains. We had a really enjoyable stay and highly recommend it.

The dinner brought back memories of my travels in France. The French-style house and cooking were amazing, and every detail of the arrangements felt just right. Our room was clean and warm, with beautiful surroundings.

The view and atmosphere were lovely, and everything else was just as good: the room, bath, service, and food. I’d recommend it without hesitation.
