Misasayakushi No Yu Mansuirou

The staff were wonderful, polite, and ready to help. We had an amazing hotel stay, even though we didn’t get to try everything it offered. Next time, we’ll book the dining option too. Many nearby restaurants were closed, perhaps because of the day of the week, though the season seemed more likely.

The room was amazing, comfortable, and quiet, and the onsen bath was awesome. The staff were really friendly, and their service surprised me in the best way. A very good experience. I’d come back.

The meals were delicious and presented with real care. My parents were impressed by both dinner and breakfast. We told the hotel in advance that my mom can’t have beef or pork, and they accommodated her with a crab dinner set. There was plenty of space for four adults in the room, and the en suite onsen was really good for introducing my parents to onsen bathing. Parking was available for guests, though we had to leave the car key with them, which was fine for us. Everyone was friendly, patient, and helpful, going above and beyond to make our family comfortable, even with the language barrier. It was a memorable stay for us.

Misasa’s location near the river was great. The hotel is noticeably older, but it’s clean and very well maintained, with a sense of grandeur. The staff were very friendly and super helpful.
