The staff’s kindness and politeness stood out most to me. You notice that care all over the hotel. Our room was clean, and breakfast was healthy and tasty, so I think you’ll be satisfied here.

We booked at the last minute and were really glad we did. The staff were wonderful and made a real effort to speak English with us. They were so kind, and even gave our son some gifts. I’d recommend this nice ryokan.

The food was great, and I especially loved breakfast. The place looks beautiful by the river, particularly at night. There are two onsens, open until 11 pm and 1 am, and they switch in the morning. English signs made it easy to figure things out. Reception was nice, and English was available sometimes.

The facilities are old-fashioned, and this definitely isn’t a stylish hot spring resort. Still, if you’re after a lovely, peaceful, traditional hot spring stay around Misasa, this could suit you. It’s also a good fit for a quiet place with friendly service and polite staff. And if you enjoy gourmet food, don’t miss it.

I loved sitting on the balcony chair. That moment really stayed with me. It’s a traditional onsen hotel with good scenery, service, and rooms. The radon onsen is also quite special in Japan. I’d stay here again.
