We had four people in a Japanese-style room, with plenty of space and a separate living area. The bath and toilet were in separate rooms, and there was lots of free parking for guests. The hotel is within walking distance of the bus and train station, with plenty of restaurants, shops, and convenience stores nearby. I'd stay here again. The lake was farther from the hotel than the photos suggested, though, and there's no onsen.

The room was clean and really comfortable, with furniture and amenities provided. The staff were polite, and it's a manageable walk from the station. I'd be happy to stay again.

My family and I booked two rooms for two nights, April 17-19, and hadn't checked out yet. We came back to the room to get my scarf and were shocked to find hotel staff inside. Nobody had told us there would be an electrical and circuit check, or explained why a group had entered our room. I've traveled in Japan more than 20 times, and this was a first for me. I don't feel the staff respected our privacy. 😅😩

We only visited the Hotel Lake view restaurant, and the setting was so cool, with a luxurious look. The food was extra delicious, and I really liked the ambiance and design. The staff treated us well and accommodated us even though we were foreigners.
