The host was kind and shared helpful information about the island. The guesthouse is well managed, cleaned every day, and has great facilities. Bikes and electric bikes are available to rent. It’s a little far from the main area, Hirara, but with a vehicle that isn’t a concern.

The owner helped us arrange a rental car, which made exploring the island much easier, and also shared lots of useful tips. Thanks to his suggestions, we found beaches, restaurants, viewpoints, and hidden spots we might otherwise have missed. He was welcoming and kind from the moment we arrived, and we felt at home straight away. The accommodation was clean and well kept, with everything thoughtfully arranged so we could focus on relaxing. I had the chance to stay at one of the island’s best places, and the experience was fantastic. I’d highly recommend it for the caring service and a great place to stay. Thanks for an unforgettable visit!

Masaki-san knows the island well and pointed me toward some great sights. I could use a regular bicycle for free, or rent an e-bicycle for a very reasonable fee. I had a lot of fun riding the e-bike around. The location is in a quiet village, a short drive from some of Miyako’s main spots. I spent a little over a week here in 2024, and it was one of the highlights of my Japan trip. Masaki-san is a wonderful host who’s thought of everything to make guests comfortable. There are great shared spaces for cooking, sleeping, and relaxing, and even frozen beer glasses for cold cans of Orion. I’ll definitely return someday. Thank you。see you next time!

Fukui-san was so helpful with recommendations for popular and must-see spots across the islands, and with advice on where to book a rental car. There are also rentals like e-bikes and snorkeling gear for enjoying what Miyakojima has to offer. Since the guesthouse is a 10-minute drive from the city center and a little far from attractions, I’d recommend arranging a rental car. This was my first time in a more rural part of Japan, and staying here helped make the trip so enjoyable. The guesthouse is very new, with lovely facilities throughout. The kitchen has a good selection of staples that made cooking easy. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and hope to return on a future visit to Miyakojima! 🐢🩵
