Hills Villa MIYAKOJIMA

Each day had plenty to do on Miyakojima, and coming back to the villa felt like coming home. We had nine people, from a six-month-old to an 83-year-old, so it was fun for four generations. We’re from the Northeast USA, and December felt warm to us. Make sure to leave time every day just to hang out together at the villa. We also recommend planning a BBQ meal hosted by Mr. Saburo. He’s an amazingly generous host.

We were three generations traveling together, eight adults and one infant. There were lots of rooms, so even our large group could spread out comfortably, and the place had everything we needed, including baby soap and a crib. The owner was kind and happy to accommodate our requests, which made the whole stay feel easy and pleasant. It’s somewhere we’d like to return to, and I’d recommend it to anyone traveling with a big group.

This was our third stay at the hostel, this time with nine family members from three households. The place is quiet, with plenty of clean rooms and a very comfortable setup for the price. Most of all, we’re big fans of the host, whose personality is wonderful. We appreciated being accompanied on sightseeing and marine sports. Those four days were so full and enjoyable that they flew by. Next time we come to Miyakojima, we’ll definitely want to stay here with this host again. Thank you for taking such good care of us 😊

We came as three families, six adults and four children, and had such a comfortable stay. The place has lots of rooms and space, so everyone could have privacy. There’s an outdoor shower that’s handy for rinsing off after the beach, just a three-minute drive away, and the hotel beach nearby is beautiful. We went snorkeling every day. The kids loved being able to borrow swim rings, inflatable boats, and other things from the garage for free. It’s inexpensive, especially if you rent it as part of a car rental package, and the value is hard to beat. They answered our questions quickly and politely too. I can’t imagine staying in a hotel again. This is where I’d stay on a return trip to Miyakojima. Thank you!
