The staff were wonderful, and the location is surrounded by nice shops and restaurants with reasonable prices. A special thank you to the lovely hotel lady who spent more than an hour helping me find a taxi and making sure everything was sorted. I really appreciated her patience and effort. I'll definitely come back! ❤️🩷❤️🩷❤️

This was my favorite hotel during my week in KyuShu, and I'd stay again. It's close to the national park we were visiting, and the price was very good. The building is aged, but clean and well looked after. You'll want a car, which makes sense since the city is small. We had a spacious room, free parking, a daily drink bar until 2300, and a fresh local breakfast. The staff were relaxed, friendly, and went out of their way to accommodate us.

We needed somewhere to stay overnight where parking would be easy, and we could leave the car right by the entrance. The hotel was nice, though it's far from the city center, and the room was fine. Staff didn't speak English, but they were helpful and used Google translate. Breakfast was included and good, mostly Japanese dishes with a few more Western-style options. There are enough restaurants in the neighborhood for dinner too.

The room was clean and spacious, with a bathtub in the bathroom that also worked as a drying room. The laundry room was great too. We really loved the buffet breakfast, it was so good.

Good value for money, and I'd come back. For 1000 Yen, the Japanese breakfast was good. The Western choices were limited, but what was there was good quality.
