The hotel is far from town and seems to be in survival mode, with all the facilities closed. You'll need a car, or you can take a bus that comes once every 1.5 hours and then walk 30 minutes. Even so, the rooms were the biggest I've had for such a low price, and I personally liked having the hotel to myself. I hope it can be great again.

2/10
The room was spacious, but we were worried about our physical safety the whole time because there was barely any maintenance or security. The sofa and common areas were dusty, and there were no facilities or staff onsite apart from one person during the day who handed over keys. The place felt more like a haunted building now. It may once have had hot springs, swimming pools, massage services, and other full facilities, but that's not how it is today. Booking sites don't mention the situation, so check recent Google reviews to see how bad it has become. From our limited search, it seemed the decline was caused by covid. Unless this sort of place is specifically your thing, you may want to avoid it.

The place isn't operating at the moment, but the Narita airport bus does come here to pick people up.

This hotel feels abandoned. There's no service staff or onsen, and the furniture is dirty. I won't be coming back.
