The customer service was great, but the room facilities fell short of what I expected. I spent my whole stay without air conditioning and had to open the window for airflow. The person in charge explained that the system is centralized and that November is a winter month, so it would take a while to cool down. I stayed a full day and still had no air conditioning by checkout. I stayed at APA Hotel as well and didn’t have this problem, even in winter. I won’t stay here again.

After getting back to the States and thinking over my extended vacation in Japan, I appreciate this hotel even more. Its location was phenomenal, the amenities were thoughtful, and the customer service was exceptional. After long days seeing everything the city had to offer, coming "home" to a truly restful, comfortable night’s sleep made each day feel complete. I first gave it five stars without leaving a comment, but they really do deserve the rating.

The breakfast was good, with free-flow beef and plenty of other items, and the coffee machine was awesome. Rooms were clean, and the hotel staff were courteous and helpful. Moriguchi station is right next door, which makes getting around convenient. There are lots of eateries nearby, plus a laundromat and convenience store next to the hotel.

We’ve stayed at The Agora three times, and it’s our favorite hotel in Osaka. The location works well for us, and the rooms are comfortable and clean. The staff are friendly and professional. Thanks for making our stays so pleasant.

Breakfast had a really wide variety, and everything was very clean. Ms.Yamasaki at the front desk was professional and enthusiastic, and helped us sort out a lot of problems. We’re grateful for her help. Staying here felt really great!
