Really clean, with fun amenities for hanging out. Wish we could’ve stayed longer!

We arrived around 5:30 PM, and the guesthouse door could be opened automatically, but the owner wasn’t there. We messaged them through the booking website, and they showed up about two minutes later. After signing some documents and getting a few reminders, including a Chinese version of the sheet, we were all set. Parking was easy, right in front of the door, and there was even a welcoming cat. The place is just a five-minute drive from the Churaumi Aquarium. Inside, there are four extra-large, comfortable sofas, plus games, board games, darts, and a big screen for Netflix. The kitchen is available if you want to shop for groceries and cook, and the outdoor BBQ atmosphere is great too. The first floor has a toilet and bathroom, while the second floor’s bathroom and toilet are combined. There’s only a shower curtain, no separate shower area, so the floor can get wet. Bathroom slippers are provided, but there’s no foot mat, so you walk on the wet floor after showering. Upstairs, the sleeping area is a large shared space with six single bunk beds. It was comfortable and smelled lovely, which made it feel cozy. I’ll definitely come back when I have the chance!

It was quiet and spacious, with good air conditioning, so I was comfortable during my stay. The roads into the area are narrow, though, and maneuvering could be tricky if you have a large car.

The place had good facilities, including two bathrooms, a toilet, parking, and a cat to play with. We had a nice stay overall. Staff were helpful and replied quickly when we messaged through the booking website, since we don’t speak Japanese. They were attentive even though we checked in quite late. The issue was the second-floor air conditioning, which wasn’t working properly. We took out the filter to wash it and found a thick layer of dust. We had to press the high-power button to get the AC working.
