The apartment had a nice view, but it was a single room, which didn't suit my preference for two rooms with three adults and two kids. Once we set up the sofa bed in the living room, there was no room left for luggage. Carrying five bags up to the second floor was a bit tough, too.

Even years later, I still remember this place as a really good memory, and I'd love to come back if I get the chance. We stayed with our young kids a few years ago, just after the renovation. The room was bright and beautiful, almost like a private home, and we felt completely at home there. Being right next to Churaumi Aquarium made the experience special. It felt different from visiting the aquarium from a hotel.

There weren't enough chairs or bedrooms for the number of people the place was supposed to accommodate. The facilities also weren't looked after properly: the knives were dull, there was no cutting board, and the air conditioner batteries were dead.

We had such a fun time.
