The Pool & Sauna Villa MOTOBU

There was a sauna, and you can rent pool gear. The villa was really huge. Five stars!

It wasn't clean.

You can cook without trouble in the full kitchen, and there's a supermarket nearby for groceries. That makes this a particularly good option for a medium or longer stay. Laundry is easy too, with the washer and other facilities available whatever the weather, which takes some stress out of traveling. The place feels like a hidden retreat. The air and views are lovely, the rooms are cleaned immaculately, and all the amenities are ready for you to move right in. Sitting by the pool, looking up at the sky and hearing the birds, is a nice way to take a break. I think it's worth the investment.

We were six adults and two kids, and the room was spacious, clean, and really comfortable. The per-person price was quite reasonable too. We each got a welcome drink, with a choice of beer or bottled juice, and there was sparkling wine or champagne in the fridge, which was a nice surprise. Finding the place was the hard part. We drove there after dark in an eight-seater, and the roads were narrow, unlit, and had no signs. We kept wondering if we were actually going the right way. If nighttime driving isn't your thing, I'd avoid arriving then. There aren't convenience stores or restaurants nearby, or anywhere within walking distance, so bring what you need.
